The machine's base, crafted from welded steel, boasts exceptional strength and rigidity, enhanced by an annealing process to eliminate stress and prevent deformation. The bending device features a versatile combined bending mold structure, facilitating effortless manual loading and unloading for precise product positioning. The compression action is driven by an innovative pneumatic and gas-liquid booster cylinder. Additionally, the machine base undergoes stress-relief annealing, ensuring enduring structural integrity. Heat treatment of the bending molds elevates their hardness to HRC42~55, guaranteeing remarkable mold durability.
