Specific content: This advanced machine is an engineering marvel, meticulously crafted from robust welded steel structures ensuring unparalleled strength and rigidity. The machine base undergoes precise annealing to eliminate stress, guaranteeing it remains deformation-free. The core of the machine features a sophisticated side bending device, an expertly engineered bending mold, a seamless feeding device, a precision positioning device, and a state-of-the-art electronic control system. The combined bending mold structure facilitates manual positioning, while the compression mechanism is powered by a high-efficiency pneumatic and gas-liquid booster cylinder. Additionally, the bending molds are heat-treated to achieve a hardness of HRC42~55, significantly enhancing their durability and longevity.
