The welded steel structure of the machine base guarantees exceptional strength and rigidity, undergoing annealing to relieve stress and prevent any deformation. Equipped with one robust gantry punching and cutting mold frame and one state-of-the-art matching punching mold, this machine offers remarkable flexibility. Thanks to the consistent spacing of the spacer holes along the length, users can manually or pneumatically select the quantity based on the product height. The punching action is powered by a reliable pneumatic hydraulic booster cylinder. Moreover, the waste collection device boasts conveniently placed waste drawers on each mold frame for streamlined, individual waste collection.
