Specific Content: This advanced machine is ingeniously engineered, featuring a robust base, an efficient side bending device, a precision bending mold, an accurate feeding device, a meticulous positioning system, and a sophisticated electronic control system. The base, constructed from welded steel, boasts exceptional strength and rigidity, having undergone annealing to eliminate stress and prevent deformation. The side bending device incorporates a versatile bending mold structure, facilitating manual product loading and unloading with precision positioning. Compression is powered by a combination of pneumatic and gas-liquid booster cylinders, ensuring consistent and controlled operations. Moreover, the welded steel base ensures unparalleled durability, having been rigorously annealed and stress-relieved. The bending molds, enhanced through heat treatment, achieve a hardness level of HRC42~55, guaranteeing long-lasting robustness and superior performance.
