Product Description

The evaporator press  machine  mainly consists of a gantry (or four column), an internal mold positioning system, an internal mold conveying system, a pneumatic system, and an electrical control system.

The internal mold is driven back and forth by a cylinder, controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and installed on a guide rail. After manually installing the inner liner and evaporator, pad the process pad; Press the start button, and the cylinder pushes the assembled liner evaporator and process pad to the pressing station; Two pneumatic-hydraulic supercharging cylinders and a synchronous structure drive the upper mold and lower pressure; When the pressure holding time (adjustable for about 15 seconds) expires, the upper mold returns and the inner mold is removed. Manually remove the pressed inner liner and evaporator, and then prepare for the second cycle.
 

The limit deviation accuracy of the unmarked tolerance size of the drawings is according to GB1804-m,
roughness of cutting surface,Ra is 2.5-6.3,the burr height of the workpiece should ≤0.15mm
