Specific Content: Our state-of-the-art machine is meticulously engineered with a robust base, an advanced side bending device, a precision-crafted bending mold, a smooth-operating feeding device, an accurate positioning system, and a sophisticated electronic control system. The machine's base is constructed from high-strength welded steel, perfectly engineered for top-tier strength and rigidity, and has been expertly annealed to eliminate stress ensuring no deformation. The bending device boasts a unique combined mold structure, allowing for manual load and unload to achieve precise product positioning. The compression action is efficiently powered by a pneumatic and gas-liquid booster cylinder. Furthermore, the heat treatment processes of the bending molds significantly enhance their hardness to HRC42~55, guaranteeing exceptional mold durability. The machine base has undergone rigorous annealing and stress relief treatments, ensuring it maintains its form and functionality throughout its lifespan.
